Before the cleaner arrives
Remove personal belongings and rubbish, make sure the property is vacant where possible, and confirm access. If something cannot be cleared or reached, mention it when you request the quote.
After the clean
Keep your quote reference and agreed scope. If your property manager raises a cleaning concern, follow the time window and written steps on the guarantee page.
