Before you book

A few helpful things to know

Quotes and property condition

Phone and quote estimates assume the property is in average condition. Permanent carpet marks and stains cannot be guaranteed to come out. If an item on this list does not apply to your property, it will not be charged as part of the agreed scope.

Additional cleaning tasks

Extra cleaning tasks can be added at the client’s request and additional charges apply. Please discuss the requested work before it is added to your quote.

Items we cannot move

Cleaners are not responsible for lifting or moving heavy items such as dishwashers, refrigerators or washing machines. Arrange for qualified professionals to assist with moving these items safely.

Reporting an in-scope issue

If there is an issue with our service, the property manager or homeowner must send written notice of defects within seven days of completion. Defects must be within the agreed scope. We will return within three days (in most cases, the following day) to rectify the issues and may return at no cost up to two times to address overlooked items. Please allow enough time for the clean to be finalised with your real estate. If sufficient notice or access is not provided for a return visit, no refund or compensation will be provided.

Good to know

What isn't included in a standard clean?

Some tasks are excluded for safety, surface protection or because they need specialist equipment. Please discuss them with us before your booking.

Stickers and removable hooks

These are left in place to avoid damaging paint or walls. If you specifically ask for their removal, we cannot accept liability for any resulting damage.

Furniture and heavy appliances

Moving or lifting furniture and heavy appliances is not part of the clean. Please arrange suitable help before the appointment if access behind an item is needed.

Ceilings

Ceilings are not cleaned unless you specifically request this in advance. Additional charges may apply depending on the work required.

Specialist tile and grout work

Tiled areas are manually scrubbed as part of the clean, but specialist tile and grout restoration is a separate service and may be recommended depending on their condition.
