What is included in a bond clean?
The agreed scope may include kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, cupboards, floors and accessible glass. Check the room-by-room guide and tell us if your agent has given you additional instructions.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
You do not necessarily need to stay at the property. Access and key handover should be agreed before the booking so the cleaner can enter and secure the home as arranged.
Do you work weekends?
Weekend bookings may be available, subject to the requested date and team capacity. Include your preferred day in the quote request and wait for confirmation.
Can you take urgent or last-minute bookings?
We can check short-notice requests, but availability is not guaranteed. Send your suburb, preferred time and the work needed so we can let you know whether it can be scheduled.
Is carpet steam cleaning included?
Carpet steam cleaning is a separately listed service and can be quoted on its own or alongside a bond clean. Whether it is required depends on your tenancy agreement and property manager instructions.
What if the property manager is not satisfied?
Send us the inspection feedback promptly with your quote reference. We will review it against the work agreed in writing and explain any applicable re-clean options. No cleaning service can promise a bond refund or inspection result.
How far ahead should I book?
Contact us as soon as you know your exit date, especially during busy move periods. We will confirm availability once we have reviewed the requested date and work.
Do you provide an invoice and photos?
Your booking confirmation will explain the records supplied for the agreed service. Share any agent requirements before booking so we can confirm whether the requested invoice or photos are included.
