The quote form asks for contact details, suburb and postcode, property type, room counts, reported condition, requested service, preferred date and optional notes. The contact form asks for your name, email, optional phone number and message.
Quote details are used to understand the property, prepare a scope, respond to the request and provide quote-status updates. The quote system stores submissions in the configured application database. Contact-form delivery and retention settings require owner verification before launch.
The app is designed to use PostgreSQL through Prisma and Resend for email when configured. Hosting, database region, access controls, retention and deletion procedures must be confirmed by the owner for the live deployment.
The owner must publish a monitored contact address and define how requests are verified and handled before this policy is relied on.
